TERMS & CONDITIONS
1). For personal use only. The artwork may not be used for commercial purposes, including but not limited to merchandise, NFTs, promotions, advertising, or profit-generating platforms.
2). No editing or alteration. The artwork must not be edited, modified, filtered, overpainted, cropped, or otherwise altered in any way.
3). Strictly no hate-related, offensive, or harmful use. This includes content that promotes discrimination, harassment, or violence.
4). PAYO (Pay As You Order) applies. Full payment is required before any files are released.
5). No AI usage. The files must not be uploaded, trained, referenced, or fed into any AI programs, generators, datasets, or machine-learning systems.
6). No redistribution or misuse. Redistribution, tracing, reselling, reposting, or claiming the artwork as your own is strictly prohibited.
7). Trade is allowed — PAPEL ONLY, maximum of 5 trades per artwork.
▸ Freebies are NOT allowed to be traded under any circumstances.
8). GCash MOP only. No other payment methods are accepted.
9). Licensed assets notice. Backgrounds and other resources used in the artwork are licensed, paid assets and remain the property of their respective creators. These assets are included solely for final presentation and may not be extracted, reused, resold, or redistributed.
10). Access limitation. ONLY the buyer is allowed to access, download, and store the artwork files. Sharing files with third parties is not permitted.
11). No refunds or chargebacks. All payments are final. Refunds, cancellations, or chargebacks will not be accepted once payment has been made.
12). No revisions unless stated. Revisions are not included unless explicitly agreed upon prior to payment.
13). Artist credit. Proper credit to the artist is required when posting the artwork online. Do not remove signatures or watermarks.
14). Right to refuse service. The artist reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order that violates these terms or is deemed inappropriate.
15). Terms subject to change. These terms may be updated at any time without prior notice. Buyers are responsible for reviewing the latest version before purchasing.
16). Violation consequences. Any violation of these terms may result in blacklisting and possible legal action.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
1). First to DM “MINE + CODE” basis. Reservations are granted strictly in the order received.
2).1-DAY RESERVATION ONLY. Payment must be completed within 24 hours of confirmation. Failure to pay within the timeframe will automatically forfeit the slot, and the artwork will be offered to the next interested buyer.
3).Personal use rates only. All listed prices apply strictly to PERSONAL USE.
▸ Any commercial use (including but not limited to selling, branding, advertising, monetized content, NFTs, or profit-generating platforms) will be charged at THRICE (3×) the listed price.
4). Ownership & resale rights.
▸ Only buyers who purchase the artwork individually are allowed to resell it.
▸ Shared purchases or split payments are NOT eligible for resale or redistribution under any circumstances.
▸ Once the artwork has been received or used through a shared commission or shared purchase, resale is strictly prohibited.
5). Sharing & access limitations.
▸ ONLY SHARERS involved in the original purchase are allowed to access the artwork files.
▸ File sharing outside of the approved sharers is not allowed.
6). Trading policy.
▸ Trading is allowed, PAPEL ONLY, with a maximum of 5 trades per artwork.
▸ Traded works must follow the same personal-use and non-commercial restrictions.
7). No redistribution or misuse. The artwork may not be redistributed, traced, edited, reposted, or claimed as your own.
8). No AI usage. The artwork must not be uploaded, trained, referenced, or used in any AI programs, generators, datasets, or machine-learning systems.
9). No offensive use. Hate-related, explicit, harmful, or unlawful use of the artwork is strictly prohibited.
10). No refunds or cancellations. All payments are final once made. Refunds, cancellations, or chargebacks will not be accepted.
11). No unauthorized edits. Altering, recoloring, cropping, overpainting, or removing watermarks/signatures is not allowed unless explicitly permitted by the artist.
12). Artist credit required. Proper credit must be given when posting the artwork publicly. Do not remove signatures or watermarks.
13). Licensed asset notice. Any backgrounds or resources used are licensed, paid assets and remain the property of their respective creators. These assets may not be extracted, reused, resold, or redistributed separately.
14). Right to refuse service. The artist reserves the right to refuse or cancel any transaction that violates these terms or is deemed inappropriate.
15). Violation consequences. Any breach of these terms may result in blacklisting, revocation of rights, and possible further action.
16). Terms subject to change. These terms may be updated at any time without prior notice. Buyers are responsible for reviewing the latest version before purchasing.
PROCESS OF PURCHASE
Step 1: Claim Your Slot
▸ To secure your commission, send an email to [email protected] with the subject line: “Mine + Code”
▸ This confirms your intent to order and helps organize requests efficiently.
Step 2: Complete Your Payment
▸ Settle the required payment according to the agreed terms. Once payment is completed, take a clear screenshot or photo of your proof of payment, making sure that the reference number is visible.
Step 3: Send Order Details via Email
▸ Reply to or include in the same email the following information:
▸ Attached proof of payment
▸ The payment reference number
▸ Your Twitter/X or Instagram username, or your Facebook name (this will be used for identification and communication)
▸ Providing complete and accurate details helps avoid delays in processing your order.
Step 4: Order Verification & Confirmation
▸ After your email is received, your payment and details will be reviewed and verified. Please allow some time for confirmation, especially during high-volume periods.
Step 5: Receive Your Google Drive Link
▸ Once your order is confirmed, you will receive a follow-up email containing a Google Drive folder link. This folder will be used to deliver your finished artwork and any related files.
Step 6: Download Your Artwork
▸ Access the Google Drive folder using the provided link and download your files. Make sure to save them promptly for personal backup.
